Rules on the marketing of material for the vegetative propagation of the vine (OJ RS, No 93/05)

The Rules regulate:

categories of material for vegetative propagation of the vine;

conditions and requirements in respect of individual category of propagating material;

conditions with regard to traceability, packaging and marking;

conditions for supplier;

the detailed procedure and the content of application form for acquiring authorisation for the issue of official labels for standard top-graft cutings and standard grafts;

the procedure for official certification of the material of categories "initial propagating material", "basic propagating material" and "certified material";

the procedure for official certification and approval of parent vineyard for the production of standard top-graft cuttings;

official examinations of standard material.

The Rules reflect the content of the following provisions:

Council Directive 68/193/EEC of 9 April 1968 on the marketing of material for the vegetative propagation of the vine, as last amended by Commission Directive 2005/43/EC amending Annexes to Council Directive 68/193/EEC.

With the date of entry into force of these Rules the following Rules ceased to be valid:
