Decree on the amount of annual fee for varieties, entered in the National Variety List and on fees and costs for the protection of varieties of plants (OJ RS, No 27/05 and 111/08)

(Entry into force: 18 March 2005)

The Decree provides for:

fees to be paid for conductng the procedure for the protection of new varieties of plants and for the maintenance of a breeding right;

the amount of costs to be paid by applicants for the acquisition of the results of distinctness, uniformity and stability of varieties (DUS) testing;

time limits and the manner of paying fees and costs.

With the date of entry into force of these Rules the following Rules ceased to be valid:

Decree on the fees of The Office for the Protection and Registration of Species of Plants of the Republic of Slovenia (OJ RS, No 29/99)

Decree on the costs for obtaining the results of testing of distinctness, uniformity and stability of varieties (OJ RS, No 29/99)

FEES AND COSTS in the procedure for entry of varieties in the national variety list of agricultural plants and fees and costs in the procedure for the protection of varieties of plants, converted into euro (EUR)
