Slovene regulations governing seeds and propagating material 

Rules on the conditions for using the crop of the protected variety for further sowing and on the criteria for small farmers (OJ RS, No 82/1999)

TEXT (UNOFFICIAL TRANSLATION) 

The Rules regulate:

• species of plants, the crop of protected varieties of which, produced by farmers on their own holdings, may be used for further sowing at such holdings;

• the conditions for exercising rights and meeting the obligations of a holder of a plant variety right and the producer as regards the use of crop of a protected variety for further sowing on their own holding;

• the criteria for fixing the amount of equitable remuneration;

• the criteria to apply for small farmers who are not required to pay any remuneration.
