UNOFFICIAL TEXT OF RULES

The Rules regulate:

• categories of propagating material and seedlings of hops;

• obligations and requirements of suppliers;

• requirements as regards a variety and requirements for the marketing of seeds and propagating material;

• requirements for official certification and the procedure for official certification for each category;

• harmful organisms to be subjected to official checks in the certification scheme;

• the time limits and the manner for applying for official certification;

• the content, the colour and the form of official labels or plant passports.

With the date of entry into force of these Rules the following Rules were repealed:

• Rules on the marketing of hop propagating material and hop plants (OJ RS, No 31/04).
