THE SECTION FOR PLANT PROTECTION PRODUCTS AND FERTILISERS IS RESPONSIBLE FOR:

1.1. Plant protection products, registration, placing on the market and use

· national plant protection product legislation and implementation of EU legislation,

· procedure for the authorisation of plant protection products (hereinafter as: „PPP“), 

· authorisation certificates and permits for PPP  Actual list  of PPP in RS

· special tasks in the field of work - expertises, 

· cooperation with the Inspection service concerning PPP post-authorisation control, 

· reporting to the European Commission and other Member States on the authorisations of PPP, exeptional permits, control measures and other matters concernig PPP,

· cooperation with other state authorities and international organisations,
