Forms for annual declaration of production should be delivered both in written and electronic form until 30 April each year at the latest on the following addresses:

• Slovenian Forestry Institute - for nurseries in forestry,

• Slovenian Hop Research and Brewery - for stock nurseries and propagating material of hop,

• Agricultural Institute of Slovenia  - for officially certified material of  fruit plants,

• Phytosanitary Inspection of the Republic of Slovenia - for stock orchards and production of other agricultural and ornamental plants for planting.

4. ANNUAL LOCATION DECLARATION

Annual location declaration for stone and pome fruit should be delivered until 31 March at latest before the planting on the competent Phytosnitary inspection of Republic of Slovenia.

1. Phytosanitary inspector of the Republic of Slovenia shall, with the consent of the Administration of the Republic of Slovenia, agree on the establishment of nurseries or stock nurseries, pursuant to:
